About the Institute
The aim of Institute can be said in five words: until Christ is formed in you.
It is not a platform or a programme but a path, the way we grow at One City over a lifetime. A pathway of discipleship every believer is invited to walk, from the first steps of faith into deeper seasons of formation. Alongside the pathway, studies, courses, and retreats for those who want to go further in particular directions.
There is a place on this path for you.
Five Dimensions

Our single aim is “until Christ is formed in you” (Galatians 4:19). That formation unfolds across five dimensions — each building on the one before.
Biblical
How we know God, through his Word.
Spiritual
How we commune with him, through prayer and the Spirit’s work.
Moral
Who we become, as his character takes shape in us over time.
Practical
How we live, as the gospel reaches into work, relationships, and the ordinary hours.
Missional
What we live for, as a transformed life turns outward into family, work, and city.

Connect
Your first step with us
Over a handful of sessions, we walk through the gospel, the basics of following Jesus, and what it means to belong to One City. Baptism runs alongside Connect for anyone ready to make that public declaration of faith.
Foundations
Knowing, enjoying, and living the gospel
Our core discipleship curriculum — three semesters that build on one another, from the gospel as public truth to the gospel sent into the world.

Fellowship
Two-year intensive for emerging leaders
Fellowship exists to help emerging pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders rediscover the centrality and sufficiency of the gospel, with formation across four integrated areas: gospel theology, spiritual formation, leadership development, and ministry practice.
