We believe every man was made for more than success, more than survival, and more than simply getting through life. One City Men is a brotherhood of fathers and sons, brothers and friends — learning to follow Jesus together and becoming the men God created us to be.
You were never meant to walk alone
Most men carry it alone.
Many men carry far more than they let anyone see. Responsibilities. Expectations. Questions. Failures. Dreams. Yet most men carry them alone.
At One City Men, we are building a brotherhood where men can be known, challenged, encouraged, and formed — a place where friendships run deeper than small talk and where following Jesus is not a private journey but a shared one.

Our Story
It began in a cave.
When David fled into the cave of Adullam, he was joined by men in distress, in debt, and discouraged. They did not arrive as heroes. Yet in the presence of God's chosen king, they were transformed — the men who entered carrying their burdens eventually became David's mighty men.
The Cave is not a gathering for men who have it all together. It is a gathering for men who want to draw near to the true King, Jesus Christ.
Because transformation begins when ordinary men encounter an extraordinary God.

The Cave
Men gather around tables, open the Scriptures, share a meal, and speak honestly about life — faith, work, marriage, fatherhood, leadership, purpose, temptation, and integrity. No pretending. No performance. No masks. Just men becoming brothers and brothers becoming more like Christ.

The Arena
Most of a man’s life is spent outside the church building — in offices, on job sites, in boardrooms and classrooms, at home. The Arena helps men live faithfully where God has placed them, exploring work, ambition, leadership, money, influence, ethics, and calling through the lens of the gospel.

Peer Mentorship & Brotherhood
Iron
Smaller circles of intentional friendship, encouragement, and accountability. Men meet in twos and threes to walk through life together, ask honest questions, pray for one another, and help each other follow Jesus faithfully. Not counselling — peer mentorship rooted in brotherhood.

What we are becoming

We are praying for a generation of men who:
Love Jesus above all else
Lead with humility and courage
Honour women and serve their families well
Live with integrity in public and private
Take responsibility for their lives

Use their gifts for the good of others and the glory of God
