Institute/Fellowship

Become an Agent of Renewal.

A two-year intensive for emerging pastors, planters, and ministry leaders called to gospel renewal in their cities.

Why Fellowship

Deeper discipleship for a deeper calling — formed in Christ, for the sake of others and the world.

Fellowship exists for those who sense the long arc of ministry ahead and want to be formed for the whole of it — not just the next sermon, the next season, or the next move. Two years of theological depth, spiritual formation, leadership development, and ministry practice — held together by Galatians 4:19: until Christ is formed in you.

Four Threads

Together, over time.

Four integrated threads run through every season — none alone, all at once. Formation that holds together because it is held together.

I

Gospel Theology

The story of God, the gospel, the kingdom, and the calling. Theological depth as the foundation everything else grows from.

II

Spiritual Formation

Practices, disciplines, and rhythms for Christlike character. Knowing the gospel is one thing; being formed by it is another.

III

Leadership Development

Mentoring, ministry skills, and leadership capacity built for the long haul. Formation that holds under the weight of leading others.

IV

Ministry Practice

Real ministry, in real time, in your real context. Theology, formation, and leadership tested where it actually counts.

Three Seasons

Two years, three movements.

Formation. Communion. Commission. The journey moves from settled in Christ, to held in community, to sent into the world.

I

Season I

Formation

Settled in Christ. The first season grounds you in the gospel and forms personal disciplines that hold a lifetime of ministry.

II

Season II

Communion

Held in community. The second season deepens your life with the Spirit and your shared life with the church and fellow leaders.

III

Season III

Commission

Sent into the world. The third season turns formation outward — your gifts, your calling, your context — and finishes with a commissioning.

Outcomes
